Thanks to this, you can immediately see the measured parameters or notifications from apps clearly. Throughout the day, the watch monitors your steps walked, distance, calories burned, your heart rate, blood oxygen level, blood pressure, body temperature and during the night it records the quality of your sleep. All this data can then be found in the clear graphs of the iGET FIT app. There are also sports activities such as walking, running, hiking, basketball, cycling, yoga, elliptical trainer, treadmill running and weight training.
